Aime is a juicy blend of Merlot, Cabernet, and Petit Verdot, uncharacteristic for a left-bank wine. The relatively large helping of Merlot gives this wine a great sense of dark fruit, the Cabernet maintains solid tannin and structure. Pairs well with roasted or braised red meat dishes.
