The fairly powerful nose exudes notes of morello cherries and red berries, followed by an array of spice and vanilla aromas. This luscious, well-balanced wine is lovely and light on the palate where it replays the fruity and spicy notes found on the nose. After spending three weeks in vat, the wines are aged in barrels for six months before being bottled. Pairs well with charcuterie, white meat and cheese.
